It's getting to be that time again. Fall season starts 8/15/10 tentatively. Registration ENDS 8/7/10.

Please see the attached registration. Please fill out the document, mail it to me along with a check made out to Carmel Dad's Club. I will turn in your registration to CDC for you.

Ladies....

Here's the soccer list and schedule.

Games begin THIS SUNDAY! I will be at the Carmel Dad's Soccer Field at 2:15pm to pass out t-shirts and answer any questions from new players. If you are a new player and your game doesn't start until later in the day, do not feel obligated to show up at this time but rather a few mins before your scheduled time.

I am looking for a volunteer to manage the Athletica team. If you are on the team and would like to volunteer, please let me know.

There is some information that you will need to know:

1. Please be a team player. SUB out and allow others to play. NO player should be playing the entire game. It is unfair to those that are sitting on the sidelines. If you have been sitting out more than you feel appropriate, please call someone out. I can not tell you how many times I've heard people complain that they don't get equal playing time. So please be kind to your teammate.

2. Subs can not score more than 2 goals (1 per half max) per game.

3. If your teams require sub, please have your subs there within the first 10 mins of the game. Recruiting subs after the 10 minute mark is considered unfair and is not to be allowed.

4. We have a shortage of full time goalies. Several girls that signed up to be goalie only want to do this for a half. Some signed up for the entire game. If you are on a team that the goalie would like to get on the field, please be a team player and try playing goalie for 15 minutes. Everyone should have an opportunity to play it to be fair.

5. If Carmel Dad's does not have a copy of your form on file, you will not be able to play.

6. Check the weather line, google website or Carmel Dad's website for weather conditions. 317--592-9267. Many times the weather can sneek up and the second or third games can be canceled.

7. If you can NOT make a game, please let your manager know so that they can get subs.

8. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

I will update you on the game times a few days prior to Sunday, please check your email.

Ladies,

Registration for the Spring 2010 season has begun! Because we have a little money left over, we have reduced the fees to $25 for returning players and $50 for new players. Please make sure that you fill out the registration form. Instructions this year are different. Please mail the form to me directly but make your check out to Carmel Dad's Club. I will email you when I have received your registration and then take them all to Carmel Dad's. This way I don't have to wait on them to get me the forms to make the teams. Make sure to spread the news to your fellow soccer players. I do not have the schedule yet but anticipate starting mid April.

Welcome to Carmel Women's Soccer.

The Carmel Womens soccer league is a fun semi-competitive league that consists of women from 21 and older. We play at Carmel Dad's Club on Sunday afternoons from 3 to 5:30. Our season starts mid April and lasts around 8-10 weeks. Normally we have around 5-6 teams. It's a great way to get exercise and meet new friends.

Our Fall league starts mid August and lasts again around 8-10 weeks ending late October.

Registration for Spring session will be in March 2010. If you are interested in participating, please request membership to the group and check in March for Spring registration information. Any questions, please just email me at womenssoccer@comcast.net.
